Vitamin water for offices

Vitamin water for the office: healthy, or mostly sugar?

Absorption

Liposomal: tiny spheres for better absorption.

Vitamins keep your body running, but only what the body actually absorbs does anything. That is why the vitamins in our boosts sit inside a protective fat sphere.

What is a liposomal vitamin?

A vitamin wrapped in a microscopic sphere of fat molecules (a liposome). That wrapping shields the vitamin from the body’s digestive enzymes, so more of it is left to absorb.

up to 5xbetter absorption than conventional vitamins. Manufacturer claim.
2–6capsules or tablets a day can be replaced by a smaller liposomal dose, according to the manufacturer.
ProtectedThe fat layer keeps the vitamin intact on its way through the digestive system.
No timing or combinationsWith liquid liposomal vitamins you do not need to think about the time of day or what you take them with.
Small portions, all dayA glass at the station is a small dose. Spread over the day, vitamins are more available than one big dose in the morning.

Design

Health is a design question, not a matter of discipline.

The WHO advises a maximum of 50 grams of free sugar a day. When the healthy choice is the easy choice, your team makes it by itself. The station always gives the sugar-free variant. See the alternative to soft drinks in the office.

Frequently asked questions

About vitamin water in the office

Is H2YO vitamin water sugar-free?
Yes. All drinks are sugar-free and contain no artificial sweeteners.
Which vitamins are in it?
Three boosts: caffeine, vitamin C and zinc, and vitamin D3 and K2. Sugar-free, with natural ingredients.
Can I combine vitamin drinks with flavoured water?
Yes. A boost goes with any water: still, chilled, sparkling or flavoured.
What does vitamin water from H2YO cost?
€185 per month excl. VAT, all-in, including 400 drinks and all flavours and boosts.
How does the touchscreen work?
You pick a flavour (or plain water), then a boost, then the water type: still, chilled or sparkling. The whole process takes less than 30 seconds.
What does liposomal mean?
Liposomal means the vitamin is wrapped in a liposome: a microscopic sphere of fat molecules. That wrapping protects the vitamin from digestive enzymes, so more of it is available for absorption.
What is the difference between liposomal and standard vitamins?
Standard vitamins are added to a drink or tablet unprotected and reach the stomach without shielding. Liposomal vitamins sit in a fat sphere that can improve absorption. The manufacturer claims up to 5x better absorption; that is a manufacturer claim, not independent research.
Do I need to think about the time of day or combinations?
Not with liquid liposomal vitamins, according to the manufacturer. You do not have to take the time of day or what else you take into account. A glass between meetings works fine.
Does a boost replace my multivitamin?
The manufacturer states that a smaller liposomal dose can replace 2 to 6 capsules or tablets a day. A boost supplements a varied diet. Unsure about your own situation? Ask your GP or pharmacist.
Are all boosts liposomal?
The vitamin boosts are: vitamin C with zinc, and vitamin D3 with K2. The caffeine boost contains no vitamins.
